Sunday Post and Showcase Sunday #33

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog (we modified it to include some more stuff), showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Just when I thought I was done with College Apps it turned out I needed to fill out more goddamn documents. DAMN MY LIFE. I am getting there though. ALMOST there. It's so weird though. I am finally 'growing up' (quotation marks because I think I am grown up :P) and it's kind of scary but exciting. In 3 months I will no longer have to go to school.. and there will be no assignments or other petty things to worry about. Until college of course. The highlight of my week was when Sarah Fine send me a virtual hug... for breaking my heart of course.. author's do that occasionally. I've decided that I am too lazy to add cover reveals to the Sunday Post. I don't have as much time so instead of finding all the covers, I am going to do a cover of the week kind of thing where I post the one cover out of all those that were revealed that week, that stuck out the most for me. This week, over at The Social Potato, I review The Drowned Forest, which drowned me in religion. Check out my review here

It's been a stressful week and an even more stressful weekend (It's meant to be fun but getting off work early and running for the train doesn't seem so fun) I'm so excited to start PANIC by Lauren Oliver it's unbelievable!

Cover of The Week

Isn't it pretty? This wasn't all that hard of a decision even though there were some really pretty cover revealed this week. Dear god what I wouldn't do to get my hands on a copy.. just to stare at that pretty cover.

Umm.. Yeah I went on an Edelweiss thingo (it's HarperCollins fault) this week. I got plenty of books and Paulina has finally come over to the dark side and decided to engage more actively on NetGalley :P Also this means I cannot engage in any more requesting/downloading on Edelweiss and Netgalley. I have completed my review schedule until like May end.. so yeah :P Oh and my haul also consists of books I got for The Social Potato.

  11. Suspicion is definetly a nice cover! Nice haul of books too. I'm way more interested in Divergent now after seeing the recent trailer.

  13. I REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SERIES (because I am petty). Allegiant was a mess in many ways and it's just disappointing. :/

  14. I can imagine. My finals are around the corner too and.. I don't want to have to go through that. I just hope I survive with my sanity intact.
