Top Ten Tuesday #1

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

So this is our first Top Ten on this blog... and this weeks Top Ten is for....Top Ten things that make our life as bloggers easier. 

This list is probably also going to include some stuff that makes our lives as a reader easier too because reading and blogging go hand in hand.

1. Goodreads  is one of the best things that ever happened and I admit to being slightly addicted. I've discovered so many books there. Plus you get to talk to all the other awesome book nerds there 
2. Twitter.. well it helps in discovering some of the awesome giveaways that are going around plus, its an easy way to remain updated about whats happening in the book world.
3. Facebook (or specifically pages dealing with books/fandoms) usually helps keep me updated on the other small things like cover reveals etc.
4. Other Blogs .. that's one of the most important things. It's where you see what other booknerds are talking about, what their opinions are, whether a book is worth it etc. 
5. Netgalley/Edelweiss  I personally prefer Edelweiss because they have catalogues and what not but both of them are so important! It's where we get most of our books to review from.
6. Google Calendar I don't know what I'd do without it. Being someone who loves to be organized.. it helps a whole lot with managing the blog and making sure things don't overlap.
7. bookdepository.com So I didn't jump onto the bookdepository boat until recently but let me tell you, it is great. As someone who loves buying books, its nice when I don't have to pay for shippig
8. The Library ... I am not even going to justify that. 
9. Tumblr This is the magical place where you go to share your feels with everyone and let out the secret fangirl/fanboy in you
10. Youtube I don't actually use youtube when I am reading but when I am reviewing.. it helps me concentrate on getting the task done. :P Reviewing is one of the hardest parts of being a blogger but it's also one of the besy
